Where we ship We ship across India.

Shipping cost Free on every order. There is no delivery charge at checkout.

Dispatch Orders are dispatched within [X] working days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during festivals, sales periods, or because of weather and local disruptions.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched we send tracking details by email and WhatsApp. If you have not received tracking within [X] working days of ordering, contact us at support@louit.in.

Cash on Delivery COD is available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Incorrect address or failed delivery If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available across delivery attempts, or a COD order was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Repeat redelivery may be charged at actual courier cost.
