About us This website is operated by Louit, Perandoor, Elamakkara, Kochi, Kerala 682026, India. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Louit. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products We try to display our products, colours and dimensions as accurately as possible. Screens vary, so the colour you see may differ slightly from the product. Measurements are approximate and may vary a little between units.
Pricing and payment All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, run offers, or withdraw offers at any time without notice. Prices at the time you place your order are the prices that apply to that order.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking details.
Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been confirmed, if the product is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund it in full.
Discounts Prepaid discounts, bundle prices and promotional offers apply only as shown at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, images, design and the Louit name and logo, belongs to Louit. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
Use of the site You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.
Liability Our products are gym towels intended for ordinary use. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product or the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
Changes We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
